Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, management or business).
PMP(project management professional) certification or equivalent (e.g. Prince2) preferred.
Proven experience in project management, specifically in BIN-related initiatives, CDF migration and ICCP configuration.
Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, and financial services, particularly
Corporate⁄B2B payments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proven stakeholder management from technical and non-technical areas as well as senior management
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Project planning and execution:
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for BIN implementation projects including the upgrade and migration to CDF3.
Coordinate activities across technical teams, ensuring smooth execution.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues.
Stakeholder management:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including the bank, schema teams, and vendors.
Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.
Requirements gathering and analysis:
Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to define BIN requirements.
Ensure alignment with industry standards, compliance regulations and CDF3 specifications.
Technical oversight:
Understand BIN-related technical aspects, including card issuance, authorization, and transaction processing.
Work closely with it teams to ensure seamless integration.
Quality assurance and testing:
Oversee testing phases to validate bin functionality including CDF version upgrade.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Documentation and reporting:
Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and lessons learned.
Provide regular updates to senior management.
Ongoing technical support:
Post-implementation support for the client product and business teams to help configure and onboard new corporates on iccp and smart data.
