Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, management or business).

  • PMP(project management professional) certification or equivalent (e.g. Prince2) preferred.

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in BIN-related initiatives, CDF migration and ICCP configuration.

  • Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, and financial services, particularly

  • Corporate⁄B2B payments.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven stakeholder management from technical and non-technical areas as well as senior management

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Project planning and execution: 

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for BIN implementation projects including the upgrade and migration to CDF3.

  • Coordinate activities across technical teams, ensuring smooth execution. 

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues.

Stakeholder management: 

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including the bank, schema teams, and vendors. 

  • Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.

Requirements gathering and analysis: 

  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to define BIN requirements. 

  • Ensure alignment with industry standards, compliance regulations and CDF3 specifications.

Technical oversight: 

  • Understand BIN-related technical aspects, including card issuance, authorization, and transaction processing. 

  • Work closely with it teams to ensure seamless integration.

Quality assurance and testing: 

  • Oversee testing phases to validate bin functionality including CDF version upgrade. 

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Documentation and reporting: 

  • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and lessons learned. 

  • Provide regular updates to senior management.

Ongoing technical support: 

  • Post-implementation support for the client product and business teams to help configure and onboard new corporates on iccp and smart data.
