Knowledge & Experience

  • 4 years + in a similar role

  • Advanced knowledge of design and deliver multi-channel campaigns 

  • Proficient to execute performance test and a⁄b tests

  • Experience in financial industry will be an advantage

Requirements

Improve customer journeys: 

  • Map and analyze end-to-end customer journey, identifying

  • Touchpoints and interactions across various channels (e.g., website, email, social media, etc.).

Campaigns and measurement

  • Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns and campaigns measurement.

Performance and a⁄b testing: 

  • Design and execute performance test and a⁄b tests to ensure campaigns are optimized

  • Improvements: Implement changes to optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights

Decision intelligence: 

  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, analyzing customer

  • Behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns to improve decision-making.

CRM & contact rules: 

  • Support CRM strategy and establish rules for customer interactions,

  • Ensuring consistent and personalized communication. These rules guide when, how, and through

  • Which channels customers receive messages.

Data selection: 

  • Build customer segments and audiences to target the right customers.

Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
