10-15 years’ experience in full lifecycle of product launch including:
Designing product features
Understanding segment needs
Exploring partnerships
Configuring systems with internal stakeholders including IT, contracting, marketing
Execute go-to-market strategy for product launch
Independent and self-starter individual with right level of analytical, communication, leadership, and
Stakeholder management skills to manage end-to-end card product launch or revamp projects
Knowledge in Arabic language is a plus but not a mandatory requirement
GCC experience would be preferable
Requirements
Card Acqusition profile focusing on the following activities:
Identify acquisition opportunities focusing on cross-sell for the short-term
Work on acquisition of new-to-bank customers though digital and non-digital channels
Work on launching digital campaigns through owned and paid media channels
Design the ideal campaigns based on an understanding of the client capabilities and priorities
Build business cases to facilitate internal buy-in and approvals
Coordinate campaign execution and troubleshoot any issues that may com-up
Understanding of market segments to drive acquisition
Expertise in multi-channel acquisition including direct⁄cross-sell⁄digital⁄3rd party⁄branches
Thorough understanding of acquisition drivers – onboarding criteria, credit initiation process, credit
Policy, app score, bureau dynamics, etc.
Previous experience in designing, launching incentive structures and tactical campaigns
Knowledge of acquisition cost optimization, approval rate lift, channel mix, sales productivity etc.
Understanding and experience of STP customer onboarding, process reconfiguration
Strong stakeholder management including business (product⁄portfolio), credit, operations, it, hr, 3rd parties
Experience in sales compliance, risk management and controls

Number of new acquired mc cards
Spend uplift from existing portfolio
Timeliness of new product launch
