Knowledge & Experience
3 years + in a similar role, specifically on schema compliance
Advanced knowledge of categorizing schema mandates in terms of action areas and criticality⁄impact.
Analysis experience in card payments industry will be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
This resource will be responsible to carry out the following activities:
Assess the current process to manage compliance, current challenges, and the state of compliance with schema mandates.
Assess client’s current state in terms of ICA compliance.
Categorize mandates in terms of action areas and criticality⁄impact.
Identify high-priority areas to be addressed and in collaboration with client team, Develop an action plan to tackle high-priority compliance gaps.
Develop a compliance tracking template (“compliance tracker”) to enhance management
Visibility regarding (areas to be addressed, owner functions, deadlines, and potential penalties) and generate a monthly tracker (2 rounds).
Handover the compliance tracker to the assigned client team
Propose an enhanced governance process to improve compliance level including internal and external parties.
