Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in TSYS Prime development, with expertise in designing and implementing solutions on TSYS Prime platforms.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python, and familiarity with web development
Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with TSYS Prime APIs, interfaces, and integration techniques.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies (agile, scrum) and version control systems (GIT, SVN).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,
Highly proficiency in software development, particularly related to the CDF for ICCP (in control for commercial payments specifically smart data)
Strong understanding and experience on CMS (card management system), specifically TSYS Prime.
Understanding of configurations, data elements, and interfaces. Knowledge of network message standards- ISO8583 standards.
Requirements
Design, develop, and maintain TSYS Prime applications in accordance with project requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement software solutions that integrate with TSYS Prime platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and address any defects or performance issues.
Provide support and troubleshooting for TSYS Prime applications in production environments, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Document technical designs, code, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Participate in code. Reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines, priorities, and goals.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on TSYS Prime development best practices.
Project execution and customer interaction:
Manages end-to-end customer projects using the global project
Methodology. Guides customers through the implementation process, ensuring compliance with rules and documentation.
Handles customer escalations independently.
Software development:
Conducts software development and configuration of TSYS Prime (CMS) to ensure the configuration is aligned to the specification provided by schema for integration with the smart data & ICCP platform⁄data elements.
Technical skills and testing:
Conducts thorough testing of data elements, configurations, and interfaces. Ensures accurate vetting of customer network systems for financial payments and tailored service interactions.
Product implementation and readiness:
Implements complex pilot products and assesses commercial product readiness.
Provides technical guidance on schema (ma) product offerings.
Collaboration and efficiency:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to complete projects within time and budget.
Prioritizes clear communication and effective management of escalations.
